Pressed Learning Module: Customer Service
Introduction:
Welcome to the Pressed Experience Module! In this module, we will explore the key components of creating a personalized, engaging, and enjoyable environment for each customer, ensuring they receive an impeccable experience. We will delve into the significance of exceptional service delivery and provide you with the tools and knowledge to enhance customer satisfaction.

For this project, we developed both masculine and feminine characters, adhering to the brand's request by dressing them in the company's uniform: a black hat, black shirt, and blue jeans. We also crafted a variety of poses for these characters to enable a range of animations. Furthermore, each character is designed with a diverse set of facial expressions, aimed at effectively communicating emotions to clients who visit Pressed Juicery.
