Pressed: Customer Service

Introduction

This interactive training program was designed to standardize customer service practices and operational standards across Pressed locations.

This portfolio section showcases a module highlighting service standards and guest interaction training, part of a broader suite covering operational excellence and customer experience.

The Challenge

Pressed needed a consistent approach to training team members so that every location delivered a high-quality, uniform customer experience. Without standardized guidance, employees risked skipping steps in guest interactions, using incorrect language when communicating promotions, or missing opportunities to up-sell or add-on.

The challenge was to translate service expectations into interactive learning experiences that allowed employees to practice real-world scenarios, including greetings, promotion communication, and up-selling, in a safe, controlled environment.

General Learning Objectives

Module objectives:

  • Welcoming and Greeting: Determine the steps and actionables while welcoming and engaging customers.

  • Promotional Communication: Recognize the correct verbiage when sharing current promotional offers with customers.

  • Add-On and Up-Sell: Identify the proper language to suggest add-ons and up-sell products effectively.

Solution

The solution is an interactive module that simulates real-world customer service scenarios. Learners practice greetings, promotion communication, and add-on opportunities, receiving feedback on their choices to reinforce proper service standards.
