Chronic Tacos: Steps of Service

Introduction

This interactive training program was designed to standardize service practices and operational standards across Chronic Tacos locations.

This portfolio section showcases a single module highlighting service standards and guest interaction training, part of a broader suite covering operational excellence and customer experience.

The Challenge

Chronic Tacos needed a consistent approach to team training that ensured every location delivered high-quality service. Without standardized guidance, team members could handle guest interactions inconsistently, miss steps in the service process, or respond incorrectly to common guest concerns.

The challenge was to translate operational procedures and service expectations into engaging, interactive learning experiences that allowed employees to practice real-world scenarios safely and effectively.

General Learning Objectives

The module objectives were created to align with the client’s training needs:

  • Stats and Service Standards: Understand key performance metrics and operational benchmarks

  • Step Service: Follow every step of the service process consistently

  • Handling Common Guest Concerns: Respond appropriately to frequent customer questions and situations

  • Guest Recovery: Apply step-by-step procedures to resolve issues and maintain a positive customer experience

Solution

The solution is an interactive training module designed to simulate real-world service scenarios. Learners practice the full service process and receive feedback on their decisions, helping them internalize company standards.
